Auction-Terms and Conditions

TERMS: Cash, or in most cases Credit Card (Visa and Master Card only). NO CHECKS. Dirk Soulis Antiques LLC d.b.a. Dirk Soulis Auctions may choose to accept a bank check if a Bank Letter of Guarantee is provided at least five days prior to the auction and duly approved. Dirk Soulis Antiques LLC d.b.a. Dirk Soulis Auctions reserves the right to hold items for pick-up until acceptable payment is secured. No items will be removed until acceptable payment is received. In some cases an escrow account with the auctioneers may be necessary to facilitate registration and bidding at the auction. Dirk Soulis Antiques d.b.a. Dirk Soulis Auctions reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone.
