92: CHICAGO'S NEW UNION STATION ON THE C.M.St.P.&M. C. 1925

The two-color advertising lithograph depicting a bird's eye view of 'Chicago's New Union Passenger Station (Under Construction),' with printed signature for the illustrator Harry M. Pettit (1867-1941) lower right, displayed in a period oak frame with the original mat and logos for the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway.
Sight size measures 17.5 x 22 with a framed size of 25.5 x 30.25 inches.
Good condition, noting foxing, tear lower right corner, stains on the mat. Not examined outside of the frame.
