The Sevres-style baluster form bolted porcelain urn with ormolu mounts, the body flanked by maiden herm handles at the shoulder, thick raised gilt scrollwork enamels embellishing hand painted scenes of maiden with pan pipes and cherub catching butterflies among wildflowers, the reverse with cherub in wooded landscape, raised on conforming socle and circular wreath cast base, signed A. Collot, mounted as lamp.
Lamp base measures 23 x 10, 39-inches to the finial.
One dime-size shallow surface flake near one bronze herm, there are no other chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of wear.
