467: FRENCH ENAMEL ON COPPER PLAQUE AND OPERA GLASSES

The enamel depiction of a dandy in 18th century garb on convex copper plaque displayed in easel back ormolu frame bearing the artist's signature EM Poze, lower left of image.

Plus a pair of opera glasses signed CHAVANCE & Co PARIS on the mother-of-pearl eyepieces, the brass frame with enameled binocular barrels and portion of the handle, mother-of-pearl adjustment knob with serrated edge.
Plaque measures 5.5 x 3.25 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
