A two-sided watercolor on paper, side A being a study of trees in a shimmering style titled No. 4 Gage Park.

Side B is an image of the Washburn University Observatory in Topeka, Kansas.

The title No. 4 Gage Park is found on the B side with the observatory.
Measures 15 x 22 inches. No frame.
Side A is in very good condition, the complete sheet, not laid down, no stain, damage or repair.

Side B has edge stains and a wide band of yellowing on the surface with residue from masking tape.
