The carved wood figures in simple dress with incised details, tiny tack eyes, paddles in the hands, bolted cross-member bases; the belt of the male figure's belt is lettered 'jubla som barnen' (rejoice as the children) in punched letters, the base of the female is lettered MARIA in pencil.
Measure 11.50 to 12 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear and the effects of age and exposure to a subtle degree.
