The nickel plated brass frame with hoop bail handle on the ventilated bell top and engraved dedication of F. H. Allen on the shoulder, the removable extended lip globe embellished with copper wheel cut dedication of F. H. Allen in foliate wreath on the glass, stamped maker's mark of PETER GRAY, BOSTON, MASS with numeral 3 on the underside of the burner receptacle.
Good condition noting heavy wear overall and the appearance of brass on 50% of the frame's surface, a dent on the top bell.
