60: A LARGE 19TH C. MIDWESTERN OVOID STONEWARE CROCK

The large ovoid storage jar with flat, wide tooled rim above ovoid form with lug handles, unmarked, the stilt marks on the top rim and overall color are basis for an attribution to the Hummel Pottery in Florence, Morgan County Missouri.
Measures 17 x 11.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting a line at the base and base roughness, There are no other chips, cracks or repairs.
