49: A 19TH C. FIELD JUG OFFERED WITH BATTER & WHISKEY JUGS

A well- formed field jug with distinct application of the high arching strap handle, mouth piece and a whittled wood stopper of the period in the side spout with cup mouth; plus a golden brown 'whiskey' jug; and a batter jug in Albany slip glaze and having a large spout chip.
Measure 8 to 10 inches.
Very good condition, noting minor spot roughness on the pointed field jug spout, large chip on the batter jug spout, no other chips, cracks or repairs.
