The patinated spelter figure of a woman on an onyx base, unsigned, Plus a circular wood plaque with the portrait of a woman inspired by the work of French artist Paul Berthon born in 1872, the pyrography image embellished in enamels and set with jewels, signed Violet Chapman, Sept 10, 1904.
Measure 11 and 16 inches.
Very good condition, noting the loss of four jewels, there are no other issues of damage, heavy wear or repair.
Provenance: The estate of Glenda St. John.
