77: A TALL CLEAR CAST LANTERN GLOBE FOR K. C. F. S. & M. RR

The tall globe with extended lip lettered K. C. F. S. & M. RR in relief within rectangular panel for Kansas City, Fort Scott & Memphis Railroad and further lettered S. THORNE. in sandblast etching on the opposite side.
Measures 5.75 x top 2.5 x bottom 3.25 inches.
Good to very good condition, noting manufacture flakes at the rims and a long shallow interior flake from the top rim, potentially another issue form the shearing of the lip. There are no cracks or repairs.
