52: A 17TH CENTURY ITALIAN SCHOOL OIL ON CANVAS

The fantasy landscape with figures before a lake with ruins, with frame and stretchers are of the period and appear to be the original.
Canvas measures 22.5 x 20.25 with a framed size of 30.5 x 28.25 inches.
Very good condition, noting heavy craquelure, darkening of the surface, minor old repairs, appears to be relined long ago, no serious damage.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
