109: WATERCOLOR OF THE VIRGIN MAGNIFICAT AFTER BOTTICELLI

The circa 1900 work on paper after the work by Botticelli executed in watercolor and gouache with gilt highlights displayed in a conforming Florentine-style giltwood and gesso frame.
Measures 15 inches overall diameter.
Very good original untouched condition. There are no issues of scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
