86: AN EARLY BIEDERMEIER PERIOD CONSOLE TABLE

The overhanging top above a case with single drawer supported by reeded supports in back and ormolu mounted columns in rising from the veneered lower platform with half-round cut-out and four squashed bun feet.
Measures 26 x 24 x 11.5 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at some edges and normal minor age separations.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
