The antique brass kettle drum with hand engraved inscription of THE 2ND HORSE From Captain Foltz MANILA 1905. Record of a Captain Foltz inspecting ships in Cuba June of 1900 can be found. No definitive information has been located on this particular inscription. The oval shape nickel silver tag for maker Gautrot Brevete Paris is riveted to the side.
