254: THREE GOOD ART OBJECTS INCL A FIGURAL BRONZE MATCH SAFE

The group of three items highlighted by a fine parcel gilt bronze figure depicted with the tools of his trade but serving a smoker by providing a receptacle for matches with gilt cover on hinge and decorative match striking surface back side, small gilt sockets for individual matches(?) and a removable staff for clearing a pipe stem(?). the whole bronze sculpture mounted to a slate base, circa late 19th century, unsigned.

Plus a nice quality gilt spelter figure of an elephant with rider and a Barbour silver-plated frame with detailed embossed genre scenes (the back is loose).
Sizes range from 13.5 x 10 x 0.5 to 8 x 3 x 3 inches.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear to any noting the frame having a loose insert and light use wear as shown.
