The cylindrical oak cabinet with two bent glass panels reverse lettered WILLIMANTIC in gold lettering that differs from the other letters in gold on the glass, top loading hatch fills the vertical racks of the revolving cylinder spool dispenser accessed by a curved door at the base (missing).
Measures 22 x 18 inches.
Good original condition noting the absence of screws from the top, missing a lower door, minor effects of age and use overall, no other major damage or repair.
