244: AN ANTIQUE RUSSIAN LACQUER BOX WITH IMPERIAL SEALS

The deep box, perhaps for cigars, with hand painted troika scene on the hinged lid bears Imperial seal stampings inside the lid. No other markings were found.

Plus a second Russian box dated 1969.
Measures 3.5 x 5.5 x 3.75 inches. Lacquer box measures 2 x 8 x 5 inches.
Very good condition, noting a bump to one corner as shown. No other damage or repair.
