The watercolor of a buckboard wagon by Thomas Hill titled 'Fully Retired' is signed lower left and titled verso by a hand written label. A graphite sketch on paper with a touch of gouache in the doorway by Western artist Hugh Cabot is included.
Cabot image measures 6 x 6, the frame is 19 x 16 inches. Hill sight size 20.5 x 28.5, frame measures 33 x 40 inches.
