467: A 19TH C. REDWARE PLATE WITH PINWHEEL DECORATION

The redware plate with exuberant yellow slip pinwheel decoration is offered along with a nice straight-sided basin having a pronounced rim flange.
Plate measures 12 inches. The bowl is 2.75 x 9.25 inches.
The plate is in good condition noting scattered chips, glaze wear and stained toning. The bowl is very good with a chip under the upper rim and firing flaws.
