The two amber cut to clear decanters with .800 silver rococo motif mounts are offered with a pair of nice quality blue-cut-to-clear cruets or cologne bottles with notched stoppers, no markings.
Measures 4 x 2.5 to 12.75 x 4 inches.
Very good condition, noting roughness on a stopper as shown. There are no other chips, cracks, repairs or areas of heavy wear, save the polished bases.
Provenance: The estate of Morton and Estelle Sosland.In Kansas City, the Sosland family name is synonymous with both giving, and the arts. Of their many contributions to the community, 'The Soslands gave one of the nation's finest private collections of American Indian art to the Nelson-Atkins' museum (nelson-atkins.org).
