The oval bowl-form basket with reticulated sides and applied wave motif border is indeed the 'Wave Edge' pattern and bears the back stamp of silver made by Tiffany & Co from 1907 to 1947.
Measures 1.25 x 11 x 8 inches. Weighs 11.35 ozt.
Very good condition, noting the monogram.
