580: A FRANKART ART DECO ASH RECEIVER WITH FIGURAL NUDE

The design by Arthur von Frankenberg (1889 - 1950) for Frankart features a female standing tip-toe on circular iron base with incised overlapping rings holding a shallow receptacle with scalloped edge high above her head. The figure retains the original, slightly pearlized ivory finish, the base retains its original black enamel.
Measures 23.5 x 7 inches.
Very good condition, noting scattered light bits of loss to the original finish as shown.
