The slender baluster form base with wide saucer foot is fitted with an electric light socket and gilt metal frame supporting the mushroom shade, all of frosted yellow glass layered with cherry red cut back in cameo relief decoration of detailed poppy flowers among flowing tendrils and foliage, signed D'argental in red cameo relief on the base.
Measures 14.5 x 6.25 inches.
