519: A BLACK FOREST CARVED WALNUT JEWELRY CASKET C. 1890

The oval form raised on scrolling legs is decorated by incised trailing ivy and stippling below the hinged lid with leaf border and flowers in very high relief with leaf carvings, one of which is chipped.
Measures 5.5 x 7.25 x 5 inches.
Very good condition with nice patina, one top leaf is chipped.
