335: TWO ELGIN FANCY ENAMEL DIAL POCKET WATCHES

1. The 1912 B. W. Raymond 12 size model 2 pendant wind and set hunting case watch with 19 jewel damascene nickel 3/4 plate movement having jeweled motor barrel adjusted to 5 positions is fronted by a fine three-color enameled dial with gold beading and black Arabic numerals.

2. The circa 1890 16 size open face watch with 11 jewel 3/4 plate brass movement utilizing pendant wind and set is included. The movement is fronted by a nice but damaged porcelain enamel dial in five colors counting the ruby red enamel 'jewels' and gilt decoration.
Measures 2.5 x 2 and 2.75 x 2 inches.
The hunting case model is in very good condition, noting the cracked crystal. The dial is shiny and perfect free from chip, crack or repair. Very good intact running condition at the time of inspection. We cannot guarantee the running or timekeeping condition of timepieces once removed from the auction premises.

The open face model has considerable dial damage and the winding process has issues. The movement does run at the time of inspection.
