The image of St. Michael the Archangel is nicely executed in oils on a ground of embossed paper with gold leaf backed by linen. The origin is a Missouri church circa 1906. The exceptional decorated wood frame is contemporary.
Measures 59.5 x 42 inches.
Very good original untouched condition. There are no issues of major scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up, a few minor rubs to the gold surface.
