All hand-tinted. View of the burning of New York on Sept. 19, 1776, marked 'A Paris chez J. Chereau, rue St. Jacques au defous de la Fontaine St. Severin aux 2 Colones No. 267.' Depicts citizens and British soldiers as well as slaves carrying valuables into the street. Measures 11.25 x 16.5 inches.
