111: AN UNUSUAL 19C. AMERICAN MAPLE STEREO GRAPHOSCOPE

A circa 1885 viewer with large graphoscope lens over stereo view lenses fitted with deep one-piece turned maple wood apertures, mounted with an adjustable fitting to the turned maple stand, raised on a circular turned maple base. Measures 16 x 5.5 x 10 inches.

Very good condition overall, there are no major issues of damage, repair or replacement. There is a wood split near the adjustable fitting at top of the stand as shown. Optics clear, very good cosmetic condition.
