The Decatur Fairest Wheel Works Model No. 2 Oak 5 Cent trade stimulator, Decatur, Illinois, dropping a nickel in the coin slot at top of the wheel rotates the wheel and drops the coin below in the coin box, final positioning of the wheel results in the player potentially winning one, two or three cigars.
Measures 21.5 x 14 x 5 inches.
