8: AN ANTIQUE 14K EVENING BAG WITH DIAMONDS & SAPPHIR

A Circa 1900s ladies' evening bag having an elaborate scroll cut and hand engraved frame set with two 8mm round sapphires, four .25 carat European cut diamonds, two 7 x 9mm oval cut sapphires and one oval central sapphire that measures 8 x 10mm. The interior fitted with a third hinged frame and mesh divider providing for two accessible compartments inside. The overall measurements are 6 inches high to the top of the clasp by 7.25 inches at the bottom of the mesh. The purse has a 5 inch drop and weighs 306 grams.
Very good condition free from damage, repair or alteration of any type to any degree. There are no engraved names or monograms.
