An elegant two-color gold cartouche shape brooch with a central cultured pearl measuring 11 mm, two 5 x 3mm pear shape sapphires, 104 tapered baguette diamonds and 162 full cut round diamonds. The gold mark is indiscernible, tests 18k. The size is 1-3/8 x 2-1/4 inches. Weight of 16 grams.
