Dark stained, carved oak surmounted by a carved basket of fruit and foliage suspending scrolling fruiting vines and scrolls, centering a rectangular glazed thermometer dial with black painted scale in French, including the labels Thermometre as well as "Centigrade", above a crisply carved leafy drop pendant.
Measures 31 x 12.5 x 4.5 inches.
Crisp, nice condition without damage, repair or sign of wear with the exception of hairlines in the white scale back plate.
