10: A GOOD CARVED CATLINITE PIPESTONE PIPE ca.1900

A simple, well-sculpted pipe stem and bowl, carved and polished, the vertical straight-sided cylinder bowl intersects the tapering stem with half-circle lines dividing the two., an interesting inclusion near the stem end.
Measures 5.5 x 3.25 inches.
Very good noting wear and edge roughness commensurate with use, nice patina.
