24: A CIRCA 1875 FLOOR STANDING JEWELER'S REGULATOR

A fine carved and paneled cherry floor standing model with unusual rising sun crown carved with detail of sun rays, eyes and nose of the sun, carved trim and moldings, carved acanthus spandrels bracket the upper corners of the arched dial, porcelain enamel dial with Roman numeral chapter ring, brass bezel, pinwheel movement ad lyre pendulum, outset base with concave cove molding over raised panels, plinth base with beaded trim.
Measures 100.5 x 28 x 12 inches.
Very good condition overall. Running and keeping time at the point of inspection. We cannot guarantee the running condition of antique timepieces once removed from the premises.
