Serial number 6904613, WW2 manufacture in USA, .303 British caliber, receiver marked ' US Property', bolt matches, much surface wear and minor rust, wood is sound with many small dings and surface wear, made under contract by Savage Arms Company, has WW2 issue British web sling and canvas cover for the action dated 1942, post WW2 British issue M9 MK. 1 blade bayonet and scabbard. dated 1953.
