A graphite and colored pencil work on paper, titled 'Lagoon' verso and dated 1961.
Earl Stroh worked with Andrew Dasburg and Tom Benrimo, in Taos and his work was exhibited at the Harwood Museum there. He received a grant form the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation also of Taos, New Mexico where he lived from 1947 until his death in 2005.
Sight size of 16.5 x 21.5 inches with a framed size of 22.75 x 27.75 inches.
The visible areas of this work are in excellent condition though it has not been examined outside the framing.
