An oil on Masonite artist's panel, signed lower right, a gallery label verso. Bernice Lee (Burr) Singer was a Missouri artist born in St. Louis who studied in Chicago, New York and Taos, she exhibited at World's Fairs and New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The panel measures 13 x 24, the frame is 18.75 x 29.75 inches.
