An 18k gold brooch with textured, stylized free-form leaves among 23 diamonds within a spray of gold; two diamonds measure approximately .25 carats, thirteen diamonds measure approximately .10 carats and eight diamonds weigh approximately .03 carats each, for a total of approximately 2 carats total weight, marked 18k.
