The gilt brass dial with black Arabic chaptered ring encircling an unusual arrangement of 24 hour increment numerals centering reticulated cut steel hands and triple key escapements, enclosed by applied scrolling anthemion corner spandrels, all within a silvered mirror rectangular face with chamfered corners, the hinged frame opening to an interior eight day movement, with five rod musical chime including quarter hour?, rising on a long rectangular case centering a hinged door with a glass reserve of conforming design enclosing a brass pendulum, flanked by Egyptian term pilasters, the whole on a block form base with applied brass scrolling foliate detail and raised on short block feet.

Good condition noting a crack lower right corner of the mirrored dial surround, each mandrel is wound tight, the movement is complete and intact but not operable.
