A 20th century carved and painted cottonwood figure, the Katsina Hemis, unusual with fully outstretched arms, unsigned, attributed to Hopi Pueblo carver Jimmie Koots. Measures 18.5 x 12.75 inches.
Feathers in good condition, shows some water stains, some paint loss.
