The top framed with cove-molded edge, the case comprised of four wide boards joined by hand-crafted dovetailing at each corner, the base comprised of the original two pine boards trimmed in a matching cove molding; the top and three sides retain the original painted surface.

Very good condition, noting that the hinges are replacements, no major damage or repair, some evidence of age, exposure and use.
