246: AN EDWARDIAN 14K GOLD SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND BAR PIN

An unusual yellow gold bar pin, hand engraved designs at each end with a .06 carat European cut diamond, filigree open work either side of the central bar with engine turned engraving, a central sapphire set in white gold and framed by hand engraved designs, most bar pins of this period were platinum or white gold, marked 14k on the clasp, circa 1910.
Measures 2.25 inches, weighs 4.5 grams.
Very good condition, no damage repair or heavy wear.
