1: A TIFFANY & CO STERLING REPOUSSE' TUREEN C. 1881

A major work in sterling silver repousse', the heavy two-handled tureen and cover of rounded oblong form decorated overall with ferns and flowers in high relief detail below a waved rim, the double domed lid with center loop handle, and low foot with conforming decoration. This Tiffany pattern was first produced in 1881 during the directorship of the company by Edward Moore. The decoration has been very finely executed overall, The pattern remains crisp. This lot will be subject to Missouri sales tax.
Measures 10 x 15 x 9 in, weighs 84.15 ozt.
Very good condition, crisp detail, no major wear, no monograms, no damage or repair.
