4338: AN ANTIQUE HEUBACH KOPPELSDORF BISQUE HEAD DOLL

A German bisque socket head doll with a jointed composite body, brown sleep eyes, real hair upper eyelashes, painted brows and lashes, open mouth with two teeth, dimpled chin, wigged with a cardboard pate, marked 'Heubach-Koppelsdorf 300-20 Germany' on the back of the head. Dressed in later clothing.
Measures 15.25 inches in height.
The bisque head is very good, one eyelid has a crack only evident when the doll is 'asleep', composition body is crazed throughout.
