75: AN EXCEPTIONAL 19TH C. AMERICAN 'BEAR PAWS' QUILT

A Bear Paws pattern family heirloom quilt with sashing in green and orange solids, hand pieced, very nicely hand-quilted in the 'Baptist Fan' pattern, unbleached muslin backing, orange binding. No sign of use.
Measures 87 x 78 inches.
Very good condition noting very small areas of wear in the high points of the green sashing (less than 10 percent of the total sashing area). No sign of having been used, little washed, if any, clean and odor free.
