A textured tin frame with black enamel silhouetting floral graphics and lettering advertising GENERAL ARTHUR HAND MADE CIGARS Kerbs, Wertheim & Shiffer. The technique appears to be produced by a chemical process to create figuring on the surface of the metal which is then enameled in black.
Measures 12.25 x 9.25 inches.
