Frame measures 19 x 13 inches.
Very good, apparently unused condition, a subtle central horizontal fold line, very, very minor rubs, no paper loss, top and bottom retain dotted line and instructions on mounting: 'To place on window, moisten gummed edge......', good color, no stain, no tears, no repair.
