The mahogany veneers, lightwood rope twist inlays, two-part form, applied cove molded cornice with dentil molding above three-over-three drawers, the base with three long drawers, each drawer featuring a banded inlaid border with central double line inlay, the case raised on bold, tall bracket foot base, circa 1790..
Measures 76 x 45 x 21 inches.
Very good intact condition, the finish appears to have a French polish, typical minor shrinkage, and effects of age, scattered minor veneer flakes around the base.
