A tin drum with wood rings retaining some stenciled red decoration, a paper applique around the body with chromolithograph image of a battle scene displaying some uniform and firearm elements of the American Civil war, the image within an embossed outline cartouche, original gold colored tin finish, Old if not original skins, cord and leather keepers.
Measures 8.5 x 12 inches.
Very good, noting some loss to the paper image estimated at approximately 20%, scratches and oxidation to the original finish, warping with age.
